摘　　要："慰安妇"问题,一个悬而未决的战争遗留问题,一直困扰着受害国国民,而加害国日本也未能逃脱,一直备受世界进步舆论的谴责。而要理清"慰安妇"问题的战争责任,必须客观还原真相。本文以吉林省档案馆馆藏档案的记载为依托,配合大量史料,从实施"慰安妇"制度的动机、"慰安所"的设置、"慰安妇"的遭遇以及当时民众的反响入手,试图从中探寻"慰安妇"问题的真相,为早日解决这一问题提供更多的历史证据。The issue of"comfort women",an unresolved issue left over from the war,has been troubling the citizens of the occupied countries,while the invader Japan has never escaped from condemnation from the world's progressive public opinion.To clarify the responsibility of"comfort women"issue,we must objectively restore the truth.This article,which is based on archives from Archives Administration of Jilin Province and large amounts of historical materials,from the motivation of the system of"comfort women",the setup of military"comfort stations","comfort women's"experiences and the reaction of public at that time,attempts to explore the truth of"comfort women"issue and provides more historical evidence to nudge the solution of this problem coming early.
