摘　　要：本文对国内造纸工业标准进行了统计并分类,截至2017年底,我国造纸工业标准共470项,其中国家标准358项,轻工行业标准112项。文章还介绍了国外造纸标准情况,对比分析国内外造纸标准体系差异,最后,为了避免制修订标准时出现交叉、重复、相互矛盾和超范围制定等问题提出了对策和建议。This paper statistically classifies the domestic paper industry standards. By the end of 2017, there were 470 standards on paper in China, including 358 national standards and 112 light industry standards. It Introduces the situation of foreign industry standards on paper in brief, and analyzes the differences between domestic and foreign paper standards systems. Finally, it proposes some countermeasures and suggestions, in order to avoid the problems of crossing, repetition, contradiction and out of scope in standards development.
