急诊PCI术后并发严重血小板减少1例

摘　　要：1病例资料患者,女,49岁,因＂突发胸痛8h＂急诊入院。患者于8h前无明显诱因出现心前区持续性疼痛,性质呈烧灼样,伴出汗、恶心、呕吐,呕吐为胃内容物,为明确诊治入我院。既往高血压病史20余年,血压最高达200/120 mmHg（1 mmHg=0.133kPa）,不规律口服＂依那普利、吲达帕胺＂,自诉血压控制尚可。It is important that we correctly judge the thrombocytopenia inducing by drugs and guide the follow-up treatment after PCI.Thrombocytopenia occurs less frequently and occurs within half an hour after surgery,after active treatment.In this case,thrombocytopenia was corrected in time.So we avoid the occurrence of serious events succusfully.
