摘 要:塔河油田油井气液比较高,原油易脱气,气体影响已成为影响机抽井泵效的重要因素。为此,研制了置换式防气杆式泵。该泵采用底部固定结构,将泵筒与外管之间的环形空间作为气液置换腔室,实现了置换式防气功能,可有效提高泵效。现场试验结果表明,该工艺能够满足气液比大于500 m^3/t的油井的人工举升要求。该抽油泵的研制成功为高气液比深抽油井的开采提供了技术支持。The oil production wells in the Tahe Oilfield are featured by high gas-liquid ratio, which frequently leads to degas of crude oil and has become a key factor influences the pumping efficiency of pumping well. A displace- ment gas-proof rod pump is developed to improve the pumping efficiency of pumping well. This pump with bottom fixed structure takes the annular space between the pump barrel and the outer barrel as a gas-liquid displacement chamber, which obtains displacement gas-proof function and could significantly improve the pump efficiency. Field test indicates that this rod-pump can be applied to the pumping well with a gas-liquid ratio greater than 500 m3/ t. The successful development of this pump could provide certain technical reference for the exploitation of the deep pumping-well with high gas-liquid ratio.
