摘  要:针对常规分层注汽技术中出现的投捞成功率低、配汽量调节困难、管柱严重弯曲变形、注汽阀结垢等问题,研发了环形可调式分层注汽技术。该技术以注汽管柱力学优化分析为基础,设计了一种以环形可调式分层注汽阀为核心,与配套的小直径层间封隔器、层间应力释放装置、高强度隔热油管等工具共同组成的新型注汽工艺管柱。在辽河油田齐40块现场应用10井次,投捞成功率为100%,阶段增油约1. 22×10~4t,取得了较好的增油效果。该技术可为进一步完善分层注汽技术提供新的技术途径,值得推广。An annular adjustable layered steam injection technology is developed to improve the low dropping-fish- ing rate, steam rate adjustment, serious bend and deformation of pipe string, steaming injection valve scaling and other problems in conventional steam injection. A new steam injection pipe string is designed based on the mechani- cal optimization and analysis. The core component of this new pope string is an annular adjustable steam injection valve and the rest tools include a small-diameter layer packer, interlayer stress relief device, high-strength heat- insulated oil pipe, etc. It was applied to the Block Qi40 in Liaohe Oilfield for 10 well-times. The dropping-fishing ratio is 100% and the stage oil iucrernent is about 1.22× 10-4t, which shows a favorable oil enhancement perform- ance. This technology could provide a new technical approach for further improving the layered steam injection, which is worth promoting.
