摘 要:十屋地区位于松辽盆地东南隆起区,是典型的低压低渗油气藏,井漏与储层污染问题凸显,目前使用的常规钻井液体系无法有效应对,制约了该区块的高效开发,采用低密度钻井液是解决该问题的有效方法之一。针对十屋地区储层特性,结合钻井液技术难点和对策分析,设计出一种新型低密度钻井液体系。研究结果表明:高分子中空微珠加量为1%时,可将钻井液密度由1. 04 g/cm^3降低至0. 98 g/cm^3,降密度效果明显,且对钻井液性能无影响,形成的低密度钻井液体系满足现场施工要求,解决了传统钻井液体系的漏失问题,为十屋地区防漏、堵漏及储层保护工作提供了良好的解决方案。Shiwu is a typical low-pressure and low-permeability reservoir located in the uplift area of the Southeast- em Songliao Basin. Conventional drilling fluid system is challenged by the serious drilling fluid loss and reservoir pollution, which restricts the efficient development of this block. Low-density drilling fluid is one of the effective means to improve these problems. According to the reservoir properties of Shiwu, a new low-density drilling fluid system is designed by combining with the technical difficulties and countermeasures. Research indicates that when the concentration of polymer hollow microsphere is 1%, the drilling fluid density can be reduced from 1.04 g/cm3 to 0.98 g/cm3 , which shows significant density reducing performance and no influence on drilling fluid perform- ance. This low-density drilling fluid system meets field operation and improves the drilling fluid loss of conventional drilling fluid system. This research could provide a favorable way to loss prevention, plugging and reservoir protec- tion in Shiwu.
