摘  要:碳减排是火电企业面临的主要难题之一,按照现有技术,通过机组提效降低煤耗的方法难以实现大幅降低碳排放的目标。生物质作为燃料发电碳排放按照"零排放"计算,因此燃煤机组耦合生物质发电是现阶段最为有效降低碳排放的手段之一。以国内首个20MW燃煤耦合生物质气化发电示范项目为例,介绍了各子系统的设计要点,并针对一些关键性问题进行探讨,通过计算发电成本,提出政策补贴的必要性。Carbon reduction is one of the main problems faced by thermal power plants. According to the existing technology, it is difficult to achieve the goal of reducing carbon emissions by means of improving unit efficiency and reducing coal consumption. Carbon emissions from biomass fuel generation are calculated on a "Zero emission" basis, so coal - fired units coupled biomass power generation is one of the most effective way to reduce carbon emissions. Taking the first demonstration pro- ject of 20MW coal -fired coupled biomass gasification in China as an example, the design points of each subsystem are introduced, and some key problems are discussed. The necessity of policy subsidy is put forward by calculating generation cost.
