基于数据挖掘的《临证指南医案》痰饮病用药组方规律研究

摘　　要：[目的]研究叶天士治疗痰饮病组方规律,为当代医家临证用药提供指导。[方法]统计《临证指南医案·痰饮》中使用药物,将组方成分录入EXCEL,进行高频药物统计,整理后利用SPSS Modeler 18.0对其进行关联分析。[结果]叶天士治疗痰饮病的高频药物为茯苓、桂枝、半夏、生姜、炙甘草、人参、白术等,药性多温,归经多属脾肺。对高频药物进行关联分析,得到关联较大的药对如茯苓-白术、桂枝-炙甘草、茯苓-生姜等。[结论]数据挖掘结果体现了叶氏内饮治脾、外饮治肾,开太阳、阖阳明的痰饮病治法,对临床实际有一定的指导价值。[Objective] To study the prescriptions of the treatment of phlegm-fluid retention disease by YE Tianshi and provide guidance for contemporary doctors＇ clinical use of herbals. [Methods] Make statistics of herbals used in Guide to Clinical Practice with Medical Records·Phlegm-fluid Retention,input the components of prescriptions into EXCEL, make statistics of herbals used frequently,and make associative analysis of the high-frequency herbals by means of SPSS Modeler 18.0 after sorting. [Ruslts] Herbals used by YE Tianshi frequently in phlegm-fluid retention disease treatment are Poria cocos,cassia twig,pinellia ternata,ginger,honey-fried licorice root,ginseng,atractylodes,etc.Most of these high-frequency herbals are warm. Meridian tropism is mostly lung and spleen.Through associative analysis of the high-frequency herbals, there are several herbal pairs that are closely correlated,such as Poria cocos-atractylodes, cassia twig-honey-fried licorice root, Poria cocos-ginger,etc. [Conclusion] The results of data mining reflects YE ＇s phlegm-fluid retention disease therapy of treating spleen for phlegm-fluid retention disease caused internally and kidney for that caused externally, making Taiyang relieved and making Yangming astringent,which is instructive to clinical application.
