摘 要:通过研究油罐在静置存储及装卸作业过程中罐内气体空间和油品内部温度的变化规律,以及温度对油品蒸汽压的影响,建立了新的呼出罐外空气量计算方法。结合Fick扩散定律、连续性方程和罐内油蒸汽实际分布特点,构建求解呼气浓度的数值模型。实际呼吸损耗量可用呼出空气量与呼气浓度的乘积得到。与实测数据进行对比,证实该浓度模型、空气量计量办法可靠,新构建模型的平均误差约为其它模型的38%。To establish the numerical model for calculating the air loss during the period of static storage, loading, offloading of oil in tanks, the initial and final temperature during the period of emissions was estimated, and vapor pressure of oil product was considered. Based on Fick spreading law, continuity equation and distribution characteristics of oil-gas in actual tanks, it is capable of getting oil-gas concentration model. According to the logical relationship between air loss and concentration of oil-gas, actual amount of breathing loss could be get. Compared with the measured data, it is confirmed that the concentration model and the air volume measurement method are reliable, and the average error of the newly constructed model is about 38% of other models..
