辛伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗慢性肾功能衰竭效果

摘　　要：目的探究辛伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院自2017年1月至2018年1月收治的慢性肾功能衰竭患者56例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组各28例,对照组患者均接受单纯辛伐他汀治疗,观察组患者接受辛伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的低密度脂蛋白与总胆固醇水平明显低于对照组,组间比较差异P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论慢性肾功能衰竭患者应用辛伐他汀联合依折麦布治疗,可有效降低患者的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平及总胆固醇水平,临床疗效显著,值得临床广泛应用。Objective to explore clinical effect of simvastatin combined with ezetimibe in treatment of chronic renal failure. Methods choose 56 cases chronic renal failure patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 as study objects. Divide them into control and observation group randomly, 28 cases in each. Control group was treated with simvastatin, and observation group with simvastatin combined with ezemah. Compare clinical treatment effect of two groups. Results low density lipoprotein and total cholesterol level of observation group was significantly lower than control group, difference was statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion simvastatin combined with ezemah can reduce level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol and total cholesterol effectively of chronic renal failure patients with significant clinical effect, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
