警报素HMGB1在正常妊娠中期孕妇羊水中的表达分析

摘　　要：目的炎症信号是一个非常复杂的途径,羊水中细胞因子浓度可反映母胎界面的炎症状态,对于妊娠结局至关重要。本文旨在了解正常妊娠孕中期羊水警报素HMGB1(high-mobility group box-1,HMGB1)的表达水平,为早产相关研究提供依据。方法收集208名妊娠中期孕妇因产前诊断行羊膜腔穿刺采集的羊水,经随访选择最终妊娠结局正常的样本。用ELISA方法检测孕妇羊水中警报素HMGB1的水平,统计学分析孕妇年龄、孕周、胎儿性别对其浓度的影响。结果 125例妊娠结局正常的孕妇羊水中,HMGB1中位数水平为1.14 ng/mL,其浓度不受孕妇年龄、孕周和胎儿性别的调节。结论警报素HMGB1在正常妊娠中期孕妇羊水中会维持一定水平,具有稳定性。Objective：The inflammatory signal is a very complex pathway. The concentration of cytokines in the amniotic fluid can reflect the inflammatory state of the maternal-fetal interface and is crucial for pregnancy outcomes. The purpose of this study is to understand the level of amniotic fluid HMGB1（high-mobility group box-1,HMGB1）in the middle of normal pregnancy,so as to provide data for future research. Methods：The amniotic fluid collected by amniocentesis for prenatal diagnosis of 208 pregnant women in the midtrimester was collected,and the normal samples of the final pregnancy outcome were selected after follow-up. The ELISA method was used to detect the level of HMGB1 in amniotic fluid of pregnant women,and the effects of pregnant women′s age,gestational week and fetal sex on its concentration were statistically analyzed. Results：In 125 pregnant women with normal pregnancy outcome,the median level of HMGB1 was 1.14 ng/mL,and its concentration was not regulated by the age of the pregnant woman,gestational age and fetal sex. Conclusions：In the middle of normal pregnancy,HMGB1 in the amniotic fluid will maintain a certain level and have stability.
