摘　　要：目的:结合国际通用全科医生核心胜任力树模型,构建出适合云南省边疆民族地区全科医生胜任力模型。方法:通过行为事件访谈、问卷调查法,采用描述性统计分析和探索性因子分析方法提炼出5个胜任力特征和29个胜任力因子。结论:以模型作为测量云南边疆全科医生执业能力的标准,诊断全科医生存在的能力问题,分析边疆全科医生的培养现状和差距,提出对边疆民族地区全科医生培养的改进对策。Objective： To construct a model of general practitioner competency for the frontier ethnic minority areas in Yunnan Province in combination with the international general practitioner＇s core competency tree model. Methods： Through behavioral event interviews and questionnaire survey methods,descriptive statistical analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used to extract five competency features and 29 competency factors. Conclusion： The model is used as a standard to measure the practice ability of general practitioners in Yunnan,to diagnose the ability of general practitioners,to analyze the current situation and gaps of the general practitioners in frontier areas,and to propose improvement measures for the training of general practitioners in frontier ethnic areas.
