肺结核病辅助诊断中r-干扰素释放试验与结核抗体的敏感性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肺结核病辅助诊断中r-干扰素释放试验与结核抗体的敏感性。方法对以往接收过肺结核患者作为研究对象,该院2017年4月共入院治疗肺结核患者数量60例,这60例患者均符合肺结核相关标准,该60例患者全部进行抗酸杆菌痰涂片检测,并将其分为涂阳组、涂阴组。r-干扰素释放试验检测、结核抗体检测。结果接收过60例肺结核患者进行分析后, r-干扰素释放试验检测结果显示其灵敏度为75.0%(45/60),高于结核抗体的灵敏度40.0%(24/60)。结论通过对接收肺结核患者进行分析后得知,r-干扰素释放试验检测明显高于结核抗体的灵敏度,在对于痰涂片检测过程当中,可以作为辅助诊断标准。Objective To investigate the sensitivity of r-interferon release test and tuberculosis antibody in the diagno-sis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were admitted to the hospitalin April 2017. All 60 patients were eligible for tuberculosis. All 60 patients were tested for acid-fast bacilli smear. Anddivided into Tuyang group, Tuyin group. R-interferon release test, tuberculosis antibody test were implemented. ResultsAfter analysis of 60 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, the r-interferon release test showed a sensitivity of 75.0%（45/60）, which was higher than the sensitivity of tuberculosis antibody by 40.0%（24/60）. Conclusion By analyzing thepatients receiving tuberculosis, it is known that the r-interferon release test is significantly higher than the sensitivity ofthe tuberculosis antibody, and can be used as an auxiliary diagnostic standard for the sputum smear test.
