苏北沿海地区H型高血压患者血同型半胱氨酸与血压水平的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探究分析苏北沿海地区H型高血压患者血同型半胱氨酸与血压水平的相关性分析关联性。方法该次研究的病例样本分析对象为2016年1—12月在该院心内科接受治疗的80例高血压患者,于入院次日对患者进行常规检测血生化、血同型半胱氨酸,以及相关辅助检查,以Hcy的检查结果为分组标准,Hcy≥10μmol/L的患者分为观察组,其余为对照组。观察组患者予以马来酸依那普利叶酸片降低同型半胱氨酸治疗,并对患者的基本信息(包括既往疾病史、家族史、用药情况、吸烟饮酒史等)进行登记。结果观察组患者的血压水平显著高于对照组患者,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且给予观察组患者马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗后血压水平显著降低,治疗前的血压水平为(119.21±21.45)mmHg,治疗后的血压水平为(104.73±10.13)mmHg,治疗前与治疗后结果相较差异有统计学意义(t=4.120,P<0.05)。结论血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与血压值有关联;通过补充叶酸降低血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平治疗可对降低高血压额外获益。Objective To investigate the correlation between blood homocysteine and blood pressure in patients withH-type hypertension in coastal areas of northern Jiangsu Province. Methods The case samples of this study were ana-lyzed from 80 patients with hypertension who were treated in the department of cardiology from January to December2016. The patients were routinely tested for blood biochemistry and blood homocystein on the next day after admission.The amino acid and related auxiliary examinations were grouped according to the results of Hcy examination. Patientswith Hcy≥10 μmol/L were divided into observation group and the rest were control group. Patients in the observationgroup were treated with enalapril maleate to reduce homocysteine treatment, and to register basic information （includingpast disease history, family history, medication status, smoking and drinking history, etc.）. Results The blood pressurelevel of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference between the twogroups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the blood pressure level after treatment with enalapril maleate tabletswas given to the observation group, significantly lower, the blood pressure level before treatment was （119.21±21.45）mmHg, and the blood pressure level after treatment was （104.73±10.13）mmHg. The after treatment results were statisti-cally significant compared with the pre-treatment results （t=4.120, P〈0.05）. Conclusions Blood homocysteine （Hcy）levels are associated with blood pressure values; treatment with folic acid to lower blood homocysteine （Hcy） levels mayhave an additional benefit in reducing hypertension.
