酒石酸布托啡诺对剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉患者术中寒战的影响效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉患者应用酒石酸布托啡诺对其术后寒战的影响。方法选取2017年11月—2018年3月于该院行剖宫产的患者121例,按照麻醉药物的不同分为参照组和研究组,分别为59例和62例。参照组应用曲马多,研究组应用酒石酸布托啡诺。观察麻醉的效果及患者术中寒战的情况。结果研究组患者T_3、T_4和T_5的镇静评分分别为(3.27±1.09)分、(3.76±1.13)分和(4.13±1.25)分,优于同时间点参照组(t=2.067、4.436、5.641,P<0.05);寒战控制有效率为95.16%,明显高于参照组(χ~2=4.624,P<0.05),恶心、头晕、焦虑和烦躁的发生率均低于参照组(χ~2=4.624、4.659、4.258、4.061,P<0.05)。结论酒石酸布托啡诺可提高剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉的镇静效果和术中寒战的控制效果,不良反应较小。Objective To investigate the effect of butorolol tartrate on chills after cesarean section combined with spinal anesthesia. Methods A total of 121 patients who underwent cesarean section in the hospital from November 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into reference group and study group according to the anesthetic drugs, 59 cases and 62 cases respectively. The reference group applied tramadol and the study group applied butor- phanol tartrate. Observe the effect of anesthesia and the situation of the patient＇s intraoperative shiver. Results The se- dation scores of T3, T4 and T4 in the study group were （3.27±l.09）points, （3.76±l.13）points and （4.13±l.25）points, re- spectively, which was better than the simuhaneous reference group （t=2.067, 4.436, 5.641, P〈0.05）; the effective rate of chill control was 95.16%, which was significantly higher than that of the reference group （χ2=4.624, P〈0.05）. The inci- dence of nausea, dizziness, anxiety and irritability were lower than the reference group （χ2=4.624, 4.659, 4.258, 4.061, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Butorphanol tartrate can improve the sedative effect of laparotomy combined with lumbar and spinal anesthesia and the control effect of intraoperative chills, with less adverse reactions.
