摘  要:对S32750超级双相不锈钢换热管与堆焊S2209型双相不锈钢管板的焊接性能进行试验研究,对管板堆焊层和管接头焊缝的同一部位进行返修,考察返修之后焊接区域的耐蚀性能变化。焊接试验研究结果表明,S32750换热管-管板焊接接头的各项性能均符合相关技术条件要求,换热管-管板试板在限定的焊接规范参数下经过一次返修、二次返修之后各项性能也符合相关技术要求,但焊缝区域存在微弱的腐蚀现象,可见在生产制造中焊接返修对腐蚀性能有一定影响,应当尽量减少返修次数。Performances of welding S32750 super duplex stainless steel heat exchange tube and the welding S2209 type duplex stainless steel tube sheet together are studied. The tube sheet welding layer and the same pipe joint weld parts are repaired and corrosion resistant performance are inspected subsequently. Welding test results show that the S32750 heat exchange tube-tube sheet welding joint properties conform to the requirements of the technical conditions. Although test plates of such welding joint subject to once repair and a secondary repair remain conform to the technical requirements under specified welding parameters conditions,slight corrosion phenomena is found in the weld area,which provides an evidence of certain adverse influence of repair on corrosion performance,and minimum repair times as possible in processing and manufacturing are proposed therefore.
