摘  要:余隙无级调节气量系统主要包括执行子系统、液控子系统、电仪自控子系统以及泄漏监测子系统,具有操作简便、系统稳定可靠及节能效果显著等优点。针对某连续重整装置中的往复式氢气增压机K-202/C,采用余隙无级调节气量系统对其进行了节能改造,并且进行了测试标定和第三方节能效果测量及其验证。改造之后氢气增压机的实际运行节能效果较好,经测试标定各项状态参数更加稳定。在余隙负荷为60%的情况下,氢气增压机的节能率达到33%,每年节约用电成本483.6万元。The stepless clearance volume regulating system made up of execution subsystem,hydraulic control subsystem,electric instrument automatic control subsystem and leakage monitoring subsystem is characterized by simple operation,stable and reliable system performance,and remarkable energy-saving effect. A stepless clearance volume regulating system was applied to the energy-saving modification of K-202/C,the hydrogen booster compressor of a certain continuous catalytic reformer unit. The reformed compressor has been tested with calibration standards by a third agency, and more stable state parameters were obtained, which results in a 33% energy-saving ratio under 60% working load, and electricity power-saving with a value of 4.836 million RMB per year.
