摘　　要：以磷酸氢二铵为酸源,季戊四醇为碳源,制备了膨胀型阻燃剂,并采用轧烘焙的整理工艺对竹纤维织物进行阻燃整理。优化的整理液组成为磷酸氢二铵浓度10%,催化剂氯化钠浓度2g/L,交联剂柠檬酸-乙二醛浓度15g/L,季戊四醇浓度3%,硅烷偶联剂KH-570浓度0.1%。整理工艺为二浸二轧,100℃预烘3min,135℃焙烘3min。经阻燃整理的竹纤维燃烧后能形成致密的碳层,阻燃效果良好,但耐洗性较差。The intumescent flame retardant was prepared by using diammonium hydrogen phosphate as acid source and pentaeryth ritol as carbon source. Bamboo fabric was finished by Dadding drying curing process. The optimized finishing solution was composed of 10% diammonium hydrogen phosphate, 2 g/L sodium chloride, 15 g/L citric acid glyoxal, 3% pentaerythritol and 0. 1% silane coupling agent KH 570. The finishing process was as follows： two dipping and two padding, pre-baking for 3 min at 100℃ , curing for 3 min at 135 ℃. The flame retardant bamboo fiber could form a dense carbon layer after burning. The flame retardant effect was good, but the washing resistance was poor.
