面向“草原丝路”的内蒙古文化产业创新系统建设研究

摘　　要：内蒙古应该建立和完善面向"草原丝路"的文化产业创新系统,开拓"草原丝路"沿线国家和地区的文化市场,促进本地与"草原丝路"沿线国家和地区的文化贸易,并且通过文化贸易搭建沟通桥梁、消除交往隔阂、增进相互理解、增强精神认同、加深彼此感情、拉近心理距离,进而促进更多领域、更加频繁、更大规模的交往与合作。"草原丝路"的文化产业创新系统关注丝路沿线国家和地区的文化供给与消费,发挥政策子系统和服务子系统的支持功能,从供给侧、需求侧建设知识和技术子系统,进而有力推动内蒙古文化产业面向"草原丝路"的管理创新、业态创新、内容创新、产品创新、市场创新。利用建构的逻辑模型,可明确内蒙古文化产业创新系统存在的突出问题及其原因,进而提出相应的解决方案和措施。Inner Mongolia is developing cultural industry oriented to“Prairie Silk Road”. The goal should beset to promote the cultural trade between the country and countries or regions along the silk road and based on thisto build the bridge of communication,improve mutual understanding ,eliminate communication barriers,deepenmutual affection,increase spirit recognition and shorten mental distance,thus to promote communication and coop？eration with more areas,more frequency and larger scale. However,the premise of all these becoming reality is toestablish and complete a cultural industry innovation system oriented to“Prairie Silk Road”,which can effectivelyimprove the innovative development capabilities of Inner Mongolia cultural industry. The Inner Mongolia cultural in？dustry innovation system focuses on the cultural supply and consumption of the countries or regions along the“Prai？rie Silk Road”,exercises the supported function of policy subsystem and service subsystem and builds the knowl？edge and technology subsystem from the supply and demand sides,therefore to strongly promote the managementinnovation,business innovation,content innovation,product innovation and market innovation for the Inner Mon？golia cultural industry. Based on the logical model construction,this thesis analyses the main problems,influentialfactors and mechanism of action of the Inner Mongolia cultural industry innovation system to explore the dynamicmechanism,route optimization and exact solutions,hoping to provide reference for related research and practice.
