摘　　要：蒙医药在少数民族医药体系中占据重要地位,也是我国传统医药文化的重要分支。广受推崇和信赖的蒙医药,在蒙古族社会生活中扮演重要角色,体现了蒙古族人民的智慧。在对蒙医药法律保护现状研究基础上客观分析现有制度的不足,进而从行政法视角提出相应的完善对策。Mongolian medicine plays an important role in the ethnic minority medicine system and is also animportant branch of traditional Chinese medicine culture. The widely respected and trusted by Mongolos. Mongolianmedicine plays an important role in the Mongolian social life and reflects the wisdom of the Mongolos. On the basisof the research on the status quo of legal protection of Mongolian medicine,objectively analyze the shortcomings ofthe existing system,and then propose corresponding improvement measures from the perspective of administrativelaw.
