摘　　要：阐述良性阵发性位置性眩晕的病因和发病机制、临床表现和诊断,介绍其治疗的耳石复位法,旨在提高对该病诊治的认识,减少误诊误治。The etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations and diagnosis of benign paroxysmal position- al vertigo were expounded. The canalith repositioning procedure for the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo was introduced in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease and reduce misdiagnosis and mistreatment
