益肾添精法治疗男性弱精症的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟中药以益肾添精法在治疗男性弱精症中的价值。方法选取60例符合入组标准患者随机分成2组。治疗组予自拟益肾添精方治疗。对照组予还少胶囊治疗。疗程3个月。研究者根据FSH、抑制素-B,精液的活动率,精液的活动力,精液的密度进行疗效评估。结果服用治疗组和对照组后,均能显著降低血清FSH,提高抑制素B水平,患者精子活力、活动率、密度显著提高,差异具有统计学意义,经治疗后,治疗组精子密度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论运用益肾添精的中药方法以及还少胶囊均对于男性少弱精症具有改善作用,抑制素B和血清FSH呈负相关性,益肾添精的中药方法优于还少胶囊,具有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To explore the value of self-made traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of male oligozoospermia with kidney-tonifying and sperm-increasing method. Methods： 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with kidney-tonifying and sperm-increasing method and the control group was treated with Huanshao capsules. 3 months is a course of treatment. The therapeutic effect evaluation was made on the base of FSH, statin-B, semen activity rate, semen motility and semen density. Results： The serum FSH of the treatment group and the control group significantly decreased and their statin-B level increased. The sperm motility, activity rate and density of the patients were significantly increased. The difference was statistically significant. After the treatment, the sperm density of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： The kidney-tonifying and sperm-increasing method and Huanshao capsule have improved male oligozoospermia, and the statin-B and serum FSH are negatively correlated. This TCM method is better than Huanshao capsules, and has a better clinical effect 【Key words】
