摘  要:为研究石灰石粉级配对水泥浆体性能的影响,选用两种细度石灰石粉进行复掺处理,测试水泥浆体的标准稠度用水量、凝结时间和流变参数。结果表明:水泥颗粒与石灰石粉颗粒的表面性质不同,其表面吸附水膜厚度也不同,石灰石粉替代水泥改善了胶材体系用水量;胶材体系初凝时间随石灰石粉替代量的增加,曲线呈下凹的变化趋势,而终凝时间则与之相反,呈上凸趋势;随着特征粒径D_e的逐渐增大,体系的屈服应力呈现明显的下降趋势。然而,塑性黏度随特征粒径D_e的逐渐增大,呈现小幅上升趋势。随着均匀性系数n的增大,体系的屈服应力呈现先增大后减小的趋势,而塑性黏度呈现先减小后增大的趋势。The water requirement of standard consistency, setting time and rheological parameters of cement paste mixed with two differernt kinds of fineness of limestone powderswere tested to study the influence of limestone powder gradation on performance of cement paste. The results show that the surface properties of cement particles and limestone powder particles are different, therefore, the surface adsorbed water film thickness of the two particles are different, limestone powders replace cement to improve the water requirement of cementitious material system; the initial setting time of cementitious materials system increases with increasing of limestone powder content, the trend curve is convex-down, but convex trend of the final setting time-limestone powder content is up-convex; with the increasing of the characteristic diameter Do, the yield stress of the system decreases. However, with incresing of the plastic viscosity shows a slight upward trend. With increasing of uniformity coefficient n, the yield stress of the system increases first and then decreases,but the plastic viscosity decreases first and then increases.
