摘　　要：论文主要分析了水下环境、海上能见度等客观因素对试验视频图像质量的影响,提出建立视频图像数据处理系统的基本思路和原则,并对机载实况摄录传输系统中视频图像数据处理系统进行初步设计,为开展各项试验的视频图像数据处理研究奠定了一定的技术基础。In this article ,the influence of the objective factors such as underwater and sea visibility environment on the quality of the video is analyzed. The basic idea and principle of video image data precessing system are put forward, the video image data precessing system is original designed in air borne live video recording transmission system. It has laid a certain technicail foundation for the research of video image data precessing.
