护理风险管理在胸外科病房中实施的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理在胸外科病房中实施效果。方法 2016年1—12月常规护理的胸外科105例患者作为对照组,2017年1—12月实施护理风险管理胸外科患者198例作为观察组,对照组予常规管理,观察组通过对胸外科常见的护理风险进行分析,制定下列有效的防范措施:成立护理风险管理小组、强化护理工作人员护理风险意识、积极与患者沟通、提高护理人员的综合素质、完善护理流程、完善护理细节管理。结果实施护理风险管理的观察组护理质量评分(94.60±2.63)分、护理满意97.98%高于对照组的(86.59±6.80)分、92.38%(t=5.02,χ~2=6.49,P<0.05);护理不良事件1.52%、护理投诉0.51%少于对照组的7.62%、5.71%(χ~2=7.31、6.35,P<0.05)。结论针对行胸外科患者予以风险管理,能减少护理风险事件的发生,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management in thoracic surgery wards. Methods From January to December 2016, 105 patients with routine nursing of thoracic surgery were used as the control group. From January to December 2017,198 patients with nursing risk management thoracic surgery were treated as observation group, and the control group was routinely managed. The observation group analyzed the common nursing risks of thoracic surgery and formulated the following effective preventive measures： establishing a nursing risk management team, strengthening nursing staff＇s awareness of nursing risk, actively communicating with patients, improving the comprehensive quality of nursing staff, improving nursing procedures, and improving care detail management. Results The nursing quality score of the obsmwation group （94.60＋2.63）points and nursing satisfaction was 97.98% higher than that of the control group （86.59＋6.80）points and 92.38% （t=5.02,X2=6.49,P〈O.05）. The incident was 1.52%, and the nursing complaint was 0.51% less than 7.62% and 5.71% of the control group （X2=7.31,6.35,P〈O.05）. Conclusion Risk management for patients undergoing thoracic surgery can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events and is worthy of clinical application.
