变应性鼻窦炎患者Th1类细胞因子及变态反应指标的变化研究

摘　　要：目的探究变应性鼻窦炎患者Th1类细胞因子及变态反应指标的变化情况。方法方便选取2016年12月—2018年2月期间的70例变应性鼻窦炎患者为A组,同时期的70例非变应性鼻窦炎患者为B组,70名健康者为C组。检测与比较3组的血清Th1类细胞因子(IL-2、INF-γ及TNF-α)及变态反应指标(ECP、Eotaxin及MCP-1),并比较A组中不同严重程度者的检测结果。结果 A组的血清IL-2及INF-γ分别为(2.90±0.45)ng/mL及(28.77±4.63)μg/L,均低于B组及C组(tA组·B组=7.337,22.142,tA组·C组=20.316、30.872,P<0.05),B组则低于C组(tB组·C组=12.407、9.807,P<0.05),A组的血清TNF-α、ECP、Eotaxin及MCP-1分别为(41.35±4.17)ng/L、(13.36±2.21)μg/L、(325.63±36.73)pg/mL及(332.62±29.87)pg/mL,均高于B组及C组(tA组·B组=9.273、33.750、7.746,27.180,tA组·C组=22.091、34.213、8.714、28.324,P<0.05),且A组中不同严重程度者的检测结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论变应性鼻窦炎患者Th1类细胞因子及变态反应指标显著异常,且不同严重程度者的表达差异明显,其可作为疾病诊断的参考指标。Objective To investigate the changes of Th1 cytokines and allergic indexes in patients with allergic sinusitis.Methods Convenient select 70 patients with allergic sinusitis from December 2016 to February 2018 were enrolled in group A. 70 patients with non-allergic sinusitis were in group B and 70 healthy subjects were in group C. Three groups of serum Th1 cytokines（IL-2, INF-γ and TNF-α） and allergic indicators（ECP, Eotaxin and MCP-1） were detected and compared,and the results of different severity in group A were compared. Results Serum IL-2 and INF-γ in group A were（2.90±0.45）ng/mL and（28.77±4.63）μg/L, respectively, which were lower than those in group B and C（tgroup A·grou PB=7.337, 22.142）, group tgroup A·grou PC= 20.316, 30.872, P〈0.05）, group B was lower than group C（tgroup A·grou PB= 12.407, 9.807, P〈0.05）, serum TNF-α,ECP, Eotaxin of group A And MCP-1 were（41.35±4.17）ng/L,（13.36±2.21）μg/L,（325.63±36.73）pg/mL and（332.62±29.87）pg/mL, respectively, which were higher than group B and C（tgroup A·grou PB=9.273, 33.750, 7.746, 27.180, tA group·C=22.091, 34.213,8.714, 28.324, P〈0.05）, and the results of different severity in group A were compared, the difference was statistical academic significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Th1 cytokines and allergic indexes in patients with allergic sinusitis are significantly abnormal, and the expressions of different severity are significantly different, which can be used as a reference for disease diagnosis.
