宫腔镜技术在异常子宫出血患者诊疗中的价值

摘　　要：目的探讨分析宫腔镜技术在对子宫异常出血的患者的诊断与治疗中的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年10月—2017年12月在该院确诊为异常子宫出血并要进行宫腔镜检查的女性患者共100例作为研究对象,分别对她们进行超声检查与宫腔镜检查。结果经过超声检查,检出子宫异常出血阳性检出率达69.00%(69/100),在69例诊断出子宫异常出血的患者中,内膜增生占比40.58%(28/69),子宫肌瘤占比14.49%(10/69),子宫内膜息肉占比44.93%(31/69);经过宫腔镜检查,检出子宫异常出血阳性检出率为98.00%,在98例诊断出子宫异常出血的患者中,内膜增生占比28.57%(28/98),子宫肌瘤患者10.20%(10/98),子宫内膜息肉患者占比51.01%(50/98)。宫腔镜技术对子宫异常出血的检出率显著高于超声检查。结论宫腔镜技术对诊断异常子宫出血的患者的阳性检出率高,尤其是子宫内膜息肉导致的出血。该诊断技术值得在临床上进一步推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 100 female patients with abnormal uterine bleeding and hysteroscopy were convenient selected and enrolled in the hospital from October 2015 to December 2017. Ultrasound and hysteroscopy were performed. Results After ultrasound examination, the positive rate of abnormal uterine bleeding was 69.00%（69/100）. In 69 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding, intimal hyperplasia accounted for 40.58%（28/69）; uterus proportion of fibroids was14.49%（10/69）, and the proportion of endometrial polyps was 44.93%（31/69）. After hysteroscopy, the positive detection rate of abnormal uterine bleeding was 98.00%, and 98 cases were diagnosed. In patients with abnormal uterine bleeding, intimal hyperplasia accounted for 28.57%（28/98）, uterine fibroids 10.20%（10/98）, and endometrial polyps accounted for 51.01%（50/98）. Hysteroscopic techniques have a significantly higher detection rate for abnormal uterine bleeding than ultrasound.Conclusion Hysteroscopic techniques have a high positive rate of detection of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding, especially bleeding caused by endometrial polyps. This diagnostic technique deserves further clinical advancement.
