调肝理脾法治疗慢性结肠炎疗效评析

摘　　要：目的探讨运用调肝理脾法则治疗慢性结肠炎疗效。方法方便选择2015年1月—2016年6月该院门诊收治的慢性结肠炎患者35例,采用调肝理脾法为治疗总纲,其基本方为柴胡、香附、白芍、防风、川楝子、党参、炒白术、干姜。治疗前1个月、治疗过程中均未口服西药干预,并进行疗效追踪观察。结果治疗后大部分患者主要症状缓解,肠镜下黏膜病变好转,总有效率85.74%。其中主要症状消失,镜下肠黏膜病变消失者8例,占22.86%;主要症状减轻,镜下肠黏膜病变减轻者22例,占62.86%;主要症状减轻不明显,镜下肠黏膜病变无明显改善者5例,占14.29%。患者服药期间无明显不适。结论应用中医调肝理脾法治疗慢性结肠炎疗效满意、副作用少。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of the method of regulating liver and spleen on chronic colitis.Methods From January 2015 to June 2016, 35 patients with chronic colitis admitted to undergraduate clinics were convenient selected and treated with Tiaogan and Spleen as the general outline. The basic prescriptions were Bupleurum, Xiangfu,Baiji, Fengfeng and Chuanxiongzi, Codonopsis, fried atractylodes, dried ginger. No intervention in western medicine was performed during the first month of treatment and during the treatment, and the efficacy was followed up. Results After treatment, the main symptoms were relieved in most patients, and the mucosal lesions under colonoscopy improved. The total effective rate was 85.74%. The main symptoms disappeared, 8 cases of intestinal mucosal lesions disappeared under the microscope, accounting for 22.86%; the main symptoms were alleviated, 22 cases of intestinal mucosal lesions were reduced,accounting for 62.86%; the main symptoms were not relieved, and the intestinal mucosal lesions were not obvious. There were 5 improvement cases, accounting for 14.29%. There was no significant discomfort during the patient’s medication.Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine Tiaogan Spleen method for the treatment of chronic colitis is satisfactory and has few side effects.
