摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高擎改革开放大旗,坚定推进全面深化改革,形成了全面深化改革重要思想。这一重要思想不仅反映了新时代中国发展的重要战略部署,还蕴含着伟大的精神力量,具体包括四个方面:引领时代潮流的伟大改革创新精神;敢于刀刃向内的伟大自我革命精神;勇于承担重任的伟大时代担当精神;侧重狠抓落实的钉钉子精神等。这四个方面精神都有其具体内涵和重要意义,对新时代中国特色社会主义发展具有重要作用。Since the CPC＇ s Eighteenth National Congress, the CPC Central Committee with comrade Xi Jinping as the core upholds the flag of reform and opening - up, unswervingly boosting the strategy of comprehensively deepening reform, thus having gradually formed Xi Jinping thought on comprehensively deepening reform. This important thought not only reflects the important strategic deployment for the development of China in the new era, but also contains a great spiritual force as embodied in the following four aspects：the great spirit of reform and innovation leading the tide of the times ; the great spirit of self - revolution ; the great spirit of proactively as- suming responsibilities, and the nail - knocking spirit of emphasizing implementation. These four aspects have concrete connotations and great features, playing an important role in developing socialism with Chinese charac- teristics in the new era.
