摘　　要：我国在改革开放40年来所取得的伟大历史性成就,内涵十分丰富,需要作全面而科学的理解。伟大成就体现在多方面,对比性强,来之不易。在充分肯定伟大历史性成就的同时,我们还必须正视发展中存在的问题和短板,总结经验,坚定新时代大力推进两个阶段"新三步走"战略部署的决心和信心。The great historical achievements acquired by our country in the 40 years of reform and opening - up are of enriched connotations and need to be comprehensively and scientifically understood. The great achievements are embodied in many aspects, and they are hard - won and can be better understood through comparison. At the same time when recognizing the great historical achievements, we must also face up to the problems and short slabs in the development process, sum up the experiences, and firm our determination and confidence in the strategic deployment of the two stages and the new ＂three steps＂ for the new era.
