局部振动联合黛力新治疗抑郁型腰背肌筋膜炎  

Effect of Local Vibration Combined with Deanxit in the Treatment of Depressive Type of Myofascitis of the Back Region

摘　　要：目的:研究局部振动联合黛力新对腰背肌筋膜炎的治疗效果。方法:90例腰背肌筋膜炎患者,随机分为局部振动组(局部振动治疗)、黛力新组(口服黛力新治疗)及联合治疗组(口服黛力新联合局部振动治疗),4周为1疗程;比较治疗前及治疗4周时,3组患者腰椎疼痛(MPQ-PRIT)评分、腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、腰椎活动度及外周血p物质含量。结果:治疗前,3组患者MPQ-PRIT评分、ODI评分、ADL评分、腰椎活动度及外周血p物质含量比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);治疗4周时,联合组及局部振动组患者MPQ-PRIT评分、ODI评分、外周血p物质含量较治疗前降低,ADL评分、腰椎活动度较治疗前增加(P <0. 05);黛力新组患者MPQ-PRIT评分、外周血p物质含量较治疗前降低(P <0. 05),ODI评分、ADL评分及腰椎活动度较治疗前无明显变化(P> 0. 05);治疗4周时,联合组患者MPQ-PRIT评分、ODI评分、ADL评分、腰椎活动度及外周血p物质含量变化较局部振动组及黛力新组更明显(P <0. 05)。结论:局部振动联合黛力新对抑郁型腰背肌筋膜炎的治疗效果优于单一局部振动治疗或黛力新治疗。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of local vibration instrument with Deanxit in the treatment of depression type of myofascitis of the back region. Methods： 90 patients with myofascitis of the back region were selected and randomly divided into three groups with equal number, 4 weeks as one course of treatment： local vibration group （treated with local vibration therapy）, Deanxit group （treated with Deanxit oral therapy）, experimental group （treated with Deanxit combined with local vibration therapy）. Comparing MPQ-PRIT score, ODI score, ADL score, lumbar mobility and substance P content in peripheral blood of three groups before and after 4 weeks of treatment. Results： Before treatment, comparison of MPQ-PRIT score, ODI score, ADL score, lumbar mobility and substance P content in peripheral blood of three groups showed no statistical significance （ P 〉0.05）; after 4 weeks of treatment, experimental group and local vibration group showed lower MPQ-PRIT score, ODI score, and substance P content in peripheral blood than before treatment; ADL score and lumbar mobility improved than before treatment （ P 〉0.05）; MPQ-PRIT score and substance P content in peripheral blood of Deanxit group decreased than before treatment （ P 〈0.05）,ODI score,ADL score and lumbar mobility showed no obvious change than before treatment （ P 〉0.05）; MPQ-PRIT score, ODI score, ADL score, lumbar mobility and substance P content in peripheral blood of the combined group showed more obvious change than that of local vibration group and Deanxit group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： local vibration instrument combined with Deanxit on treating depression type of myofascitis of the back region showed better efficacy than any one of the single therapies.
