基于网络环境下的高校心理健康教育模式研究

摘　　要：随着网络信息技术的不断成熟,人们的生活方式也发生了变化,尤其在现如今的高校当中,互联网技术得到了广泛运用。在这种趋势的推动下,现代教育模式开始发生转变,网络心理教育类的相关课程显得尤为重要。基于当今高校中普遍的网络环境,从分析网络利弊的角度,对高校心理健康教育提出针对性的教育模式,为当今高校设立心理健康教育等课程提供帮助。With the continuous maturity of network information technology, people＇s lifestyle had changed, especially in today＇s colleges and universities, Internet technology had been widely used. Under the impetus of this trend, the modern education mode had begun to change, and the network psychological education is particularly important. Based on the common network environment in Colleges and universities today, this paper puts forward a targeted education model for college mental health education from the perspective of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the network, and provides help for setting up courses such as mental health education in Colleges and universities.
