摘  要:人与组织关系的重构趋势日趋明显,新趋势下的高校中层干部考核越发显现出评价、激励和支持功能上的偏差和不足,使得高校中层干部考核在实践中表现出多重悖论。需要重新审视人与制度发展的关系,树立人的全面管理思维,通过强化价值观考核、引入胜任力考核和优化制度结构,矫正高校中层干部考核制度的功能偏差,化解实践悖论。People' s relationship to their organizations is changing more and more. In this new trend, assessment of university middle-level cadres appears to be insufficient for the function of evaluation, motivation and support. Therefore there is a lot of paradox in assessment of university middle-level cadres. It is necessary to review the relationship between people and system and set up the overall management thought of human. Through assessment of values, introduction of competency assessment and optimization of system structure, the functional deviation in the assessment of university middle-level cadre can be corrected and the practical paradox can be resolved.
