基于波士顿矩阵法的甘肃省工业优势产业选择

摘　　要：区域优势产业是一个区域具有内生比较优势和外生比较优势的产业。本文基于波士顿矩阵法,提出应该从市场竞争力和有利于生产要素流入两个维度评价优势产业,进行区域优势产业的选择。利用产业产值区位商和相对平均产值增长速度两个指标反映上述两个维度,将一个地区的产业分成显著优势产业、潜在优势产业、衰退优势产业和劣势产业。进而以甘肃省工业行业为例进行了相应的实证分析,并分别提出了相应的对策建议。A regionally advantageous industry is an industry with an endogenous comparative advantage and an exogenous comparative advantage.Based on the Boston matrix method,this paper proposes that the superior industries should be evaluated from the two dimensions of market competitiveness and favorable factors for the inflow of production factors,so should the choice of regional advantageous industries be carried out.Using the two indicators of industrial output value location and relative average output growth rate to reflect the above two dimensions,the industry in one region is divided into significant advantage industries,potential advantage industries,recessive advantage industries and inferior industries.Taking the industries in Gansu province as example,the corresponding empirical analysis is carried out,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward accordingly.
