摘　　要：针对直流电子式互感器溯源检测对输出精度和输出功率均能满足要求的0～400 A(DC)恒流源的需要问题,研制一套高稳定性、高精度、大直流的电流源设备具有较高的社会效益和经济效益。文中基于磁平衡技术的方法研制了输出电流连续可调、可提供100 A和400 A两种电流档位的恒流源。样机测试结果为:直流稳流电源每分钟稳定度﹤0. 005%,纹波﹤1%; 100 A时输出端电压为3. 17 V,400 A时输出端电压为2. 25 V;最大输出功率600 W; A类测量不确定度为:DCV为5. 0×10-6,DCI为1. 0×10-4(k=2),达到设计要求。Aiming at the problem that there was actual requirement for 0 - 400 A （DC） constant current source with pertect output perfomlance and high power in calibration and traceability system for DC electronic transformer, the development of a set of high stability, high - precision, large DC current source equipment has high social and e- conomic benefits. Thus, the equipment based on magnetic balance technology has been studied and made, which can provide continuously adjustable output cunent and has two kinds of range including 0 - 100 A and 0 - 400 A. The test results show that： the stability per minute is less than 0. 005% , and the ripple is less than 1% ;the output volt- age up to 3.17 V conesponding to the output current 100 A, when 400 A the output voltage up to 2.25 V ; the maxi- mum output power up to 600 W ; type A uncertainty of measurement is 5.0 ×10^-6 for DCV, while 1.0 ×10^-4 for DCI （k = 2） , meets the design requirements.
