摘 要:针对微波射频器件小型化的需求,文中采用ADS与HFSS联合仿真设计的方法,设计并制作了一种宽带小型化带状线一分二Wilkinson功分器。使用带状线结构取代传统的微带线结构,并引入"蛇形布线"和"翻折结构",利用过孔进行垂直互连。采用PCB板叠压的形式实现带状线结构和隔离电阻的装配。此结构在很大程度上减小了功分器的物理尺寸,并拥有优良的电性能。测试结果表明,功分器在1~3 GHz的工作频带内,插入损耗<0. 7 d B,隔离度>18 d B,驻波在1. 4以下。Aiming at the need of miniaturization of microwave RF devices, a wideband miniaturized stripline one sub - two Wilkinson power divider was designed and manutactured by using the method of ADS and HFSS co - simulation design. The stripline structure was used to replace the traditional microstrip line structure, and the " snake like wiring" and "folding structure" was introduced, and the vertical interconnect is realized by using via. The as- sembly of strip line structure and isolation resistance was realized by PCB lamination. This structure greatly reduced the physical size of the power divider and had excellent electrical properties. The test results showed that in the work- ing band of 1 - 3 GHz, the insertion loss was less than 0.7 dB, the isolation degree was more than 18 dB, and the VSWR was below 1.4.
