摘 要:地震应急响应系统是地震应急管理最重要的组成部分,有本地化特色的应急响应系统对提高应急响应效率起到了关键性的作用。文中介绍了基于Arc Engine、C#编程语言的毕节市地震应急分类响应研究中地震危险性模型、建筑物易损性模型及系统的开发设计。实现了毕节地区3. 0震级以上地震分级响应的功能,实用性较强,对地震应急演练及实际地震的应急响应过程中发挥了重要作用。The gency management earthquake emergency response system was the most important component of earthquake emer- The emergency response system with local characteristics played a key role in improving the e- mergency response efficiency. This paper introduced the seismic hazard model, building vulnerability model and sys- tem development design of Bijie city earthquake emergency classification response research based on ArcEngine and C # programming language. The function of grading response of earthquakes above 3.0 magnitude in Bijie area had been realized, which had strong practicability and played an important role in the emergency response of earthquake emer- gency drills and actual earthquakes.
