摘　　要：间充质干细胞是具有自我复制和多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,对肾脏损伤具有重要的修复及保护作用。近年来,间充质干细胞的胞外囊泡修复损伤肾脏的机制成为研究热点。各种不同来源的间充质干细胞胞外囊泡通过传递有效因子对受损的肾脏细胞起到抗凋亡、抗炎、促进血管增生、抗氧化应激、抗纤维化等效应,发挥肾脏保护作用。其中的有效因子包含mRNA、miRNA、蛋白质等物质,这些有效因子可能通过调节相关下游靶基因表达、靶蛋白及信号通路而发挥作用。Mesenchymal stem cells（MSCs） are adult stem cells with the potential of self-replication and multi-differentiation,which play an important role in the repair and protection of renal injury.In recent years,the mechanism of MSCs repairing renal damage by extracellular vesicles has become a hot topic.The extracellular vesicles of MSCs from different sources play an important role in renal protection by transmitting effective factors,such as mRNA,miRNA and protein,which may regulate downstream target gene expression,target proteins and signaling pathways to achieve effects of anti-apoptosis,anti-inflammation,promoting vascular proliferation,anti-oxidative stress,anti-fibrosis,and so on.
