摘　　要：幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染在全球范围内广泛流行,其能够逃逸宿主免疫,刺激局部免疫细胞释放多种细胞因子,诱发持续性炎症。Hp感染不仅是慢性胃炎、胃溃疡以及胃癌的重要致病因素,而且与一些肠外疾病尤其免疫相关性疾病如支气管哮喘、多发性硬化、慢性自发性荨麻疹以及原发性免疫性血小板减少症等的发生、发展及转归相关。了解Hp感染与肠外疾病的相关性以及发病的可能机制,可为预防和治疗肠外免疫相关性疾病提供新的方法。Helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection is widely spread in the world.Hp could escape host immunity,stimulate local immune cells to release a variety of cytokines,and induce persistent inflammation.Hp infection is not only an important pathogenic factor for chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer and gastric cancer,but also associated with the occurrence,development and prognosis of some parenteral diseases,especially immune-related diseases such as bronchial asthma,multiple sclerosis,chronic spontaneous urticaria and primary immune thrombocytopenia.Understanding the correlation between Hp infection and parenteral diseases and the possible pathogenesis,could provide a new method for the prevention and treatment of parenteral immune-related diseases.
