摘  要:丁苯酞作为我国自研的一类新药,多用于缺血性脑卒中患者,可以阻断缺血性脑损伤的多个病理环节,显著改善患者神经功能。同时,创伤性脑损伤(TBI)病理损伤的主要表现形式是脑组织局部缺血。大量研究表明丁苯酞用于大鼠TBI有明确的治疗作用,可能与丁苯酞保护脑血管和血脑屏障、减轻氧化应激、保护线粒体功能有关。另外,丁苯酞在药物的中枢神经递送和药物安全性方面也有良好的应用前景。但是丁苯酞对于人体TBI的治疗效果还需不断探索研究。DL-3n-butylphthalide, as a new class of medicines developed by our country, is used in patients with ischemic stroke. It can block multiple pathological processes of ischemic brain injury and significantly improve neurological function. At the same time, the main manifestation of traumatic brain injury pathological injury is brain tissue ischemia. Numerous studies have shown that DL-3n-butylphthalide has a definite therapeutic effect on rat TBI and may be associated with DL-3n- butylphthalide protection of cerebral blood vessels and blood-brain barrier, reduction of oxidative stress and protection of mitochondrial function. In addition, DL-3n-butylphthalide excels in drug central nervous delivery and drug safety. However , the therapeutic effect of DL-3n-butylphthalide on human TBI still needs further exploration and research.
