摘　　要：卵巢储备功能的下降严重影响女性的生育能力及生活质量。而正确评估卵巢储备功能,有助于指导女性最佳受孕时机,制订精准的超促排卵方案,提高辅助生殖技术的临床妊娠率,警惕围绝经期疾病。目前,评价卵巢储备功能的常用指标包括年龄、月经模式、血型、女性激素、彩色多普勒超声检测卵巢体积、窦卵泡数目及卵巢血流信号等,但不同指标在临床受多种因素影响,具有特定的应用范围。未来,随着对卵巢储备功能认识的深入,简易、经济、时效的评价指标将备受关注。Decreased ovarian reserve seriously affects women′s fertility and quality of life.Correct evaluation of ovarian reserve function could assist in guiding women′s optimal timing of pregnancy,formulating the accurate super ovulatory plans,improving the clinical pregnancy rate of assisted reproductive technology,and being alert of perimenopausal diseases.At present,the commonly used indicators for evaluating ovarian function status include age,menstrual pattern,blood type, female hormones, and detecting the ovarian volume, antral follicle count,ovarian blood flow signals by color Doppler ultrasonography,etc.In the future,with the deepening understanding of the ovarian reserve function,simple,economic and time-based evaluation indicators will draw more attention.
