摘　　要：介绍了铁路列车止轮器管理系统的硬件功能设计和软件功能设计,采用人脸识别技术、数据库技术、RS485通信控制技术,实现了对止轮器管理状态的卡控,保证了列车启动的安全,减少了列车安全隐患。This paper introduces the design of hardware function and software function of railway train scotch block management system. Using the face recognition technology, database technology and RS485 communication control technology, it realizes the management control of scotch block, which ensures the train starting safety and reduces the hidden danger of the train.
