基于生态优先指导下白洋淀内村庄发展模式研究

摘　　要：为了改善白洋淀生态环境,将雄安新区建设成人与自然和谐共生的高水平社会主义现代化城市,采用问卷调查和走访的方法,对白洋淀内47个村庄现状进行了调查研究。发现淀内村庄存在建设用地和耕地面积较少、缺少统一规划、缺少主导产业、淀内水环境日益恶化等问题。据此,以是否迁移及发展方向为依据将村庄发展模式分为保留型村庄、集聚型村庄及搬迁型村庄,以便将淀内村庄打造成一二三产融合发展的现代化新农村。In order to improve the ecological environment of Baiyangdian Lake, and built Xiongan new district into a high level socialistcivilization modern city with harmonious coex istence between human and nature, 47 villages within the lake were investigated. With the method of questionnaire investigation and visit, it was found that there were problems in vil lage within the lake, such as reduction of land for village construction and cultivation, lack of unified planning for village construction, lack of leading industry and deteriorating water environment. Based on the migration and development direction, the development model of villages was divided into reserve type villages, agglomeration type villages and resettlement villages. Village within the lake will be developed into a modern rural area integrating agri culture, industry and services.
