摘 要:为适应环境保护要求,通过热力试验,分析某电厂掺烧褐煤对污染物排放的影响。试验结果表明,褐煤所占混煤50%左右时,锅炉效率最高。随着炉内含氧量的增加,烟气中H_2S的含量逐渐降低。贴壁风对H_2S的生成有很大影响。降低炉膛内氧气含量,可以降低SO_2及NO_x的生成量。倒塔配风方式下SO_2及NO_x的生成量最低,腰鼓配风方式下SO_2及NO_x的生成量最高。In order to meet the requirements of environmental protection, the influence of burning lignite in a power plant on pollutant emission is analyzed through thermal test. The results show that: When lignite accounts for about 50% of the blended coal, the boiler efficiency is the highest. With the increase of oxygen in the furnace, the content of H 2S in flue gas gradually decreases. The air closing to wall has a great influence on the generation of H 2S. With the decrease of the oxygen in the furnace, the generation of SO 2 and NO x both decrease. The production of SO 2 and NO x is the lowest under the inverted tower air distribution mode, and the highest under the waist drum air distribution mode.
