摘　　要：针对超长、超高的清水混凝土墙体(一次性浇筑高度超过6 m,浇筑长度超过20 m)施工质量控制的难题,创新采用双面多层覆膜板及方钢龙骨作为竖向构件的清水模板体系,新型钢木组合清水模板体系技术有效解决了因气候潮湿而引起的模板、木方变形问题,同时保证了刚度,节约材料,安装速度快,拆模效果极佳。在传统的清水模板体系基础上进行了较大改良,形成了一套新型的、适合超高、超长清水混凝土墙体施工的模板体系。Aiming at the problem of construction quality control of super long and super high clear water concrete wall （a one time pouring height of more than 6m, pouring length More than 20M）, a new clean water formwork system using double sided laminated plate and square steel keel as vertical members is adopted. This technology effectively solves the problem of formwork and wood deformation caused by humid climate, and at the same time ensures stiffness, saves materials, installs fast, and has excellent demoulding effect, the technology has been greatly improved on the basis of the traditional clean water template system, formed a new type, suitable for ultra high, ultra long clear water concrete wall construction template system.
