摘 要:某低品位斑岩型铜钼矿石铜、钼品位分别为0. 50%、0. 029%,73. 85%的铜以原生硫化铜的形式存在,辉钼矿中的钼占总钼的96. 26%。为回收利用矿石中的铜、钼,经对比试验,确定选择铜钼优先浮选流程进行选矿试验。结果表明,在磨矿细度-0. 074 mm 75%条件下,以石灰为pH调整剂、BK404为捕收剂、BK202为起泡剂,原矿经1粗2扫—再磨(-0. 045 mm 89%)—4精、中矿顺序返回全流程闭路浮选,可获得铜品位22. 45%、铜回收率87. 29%、钼含量1. 69%的铜钼混合精矿,相比2粗1扫—粗精矿再磨(-0. 038 mm 89%)—4精2扫、中矿集中返回全流程闭路浮选,铜回收率高8. 06个百分点,优势比较明显,实现了矿石中铜钼的有效富集回收。The copper and molybdenum grade of a low grade porphyry copper-molybdenum ore are 0.50% and 0.029% respectively,in which 73.85% copper exists in the form of primary copper sulfide and molybdenum among molybdenite accounts for 96.26% of total molybdenum.In order to recover and utilize copper and molybdenum in the ore,dressing test was conducted choosing copper-molybdenum selective flotation process via contrast test.The results showed that under the condition of grinding fineness -0.074 mm 75%,used lime as pH regulator,BK404 as collector,BK202 as foaming agent,copper-molybdenum bulk concentrate with copper grade of 22.71%,copper recovery rate of 79.23% and molybdenum content of 1.50% was obtained via one roughing-two scavenging-rough concentrate regrinding (-0.045 mm 89%) -middlings sequential returning complete flow scheme closed circuit flotation,copper recovery rate improved 8 percent point compared to two roughing-one scavenging- rough concentrate regrinding(-0.045 mm 89%)-middlings concentrated returning complete flow scheme closed circuit flotation.The process advantage was relatively obvious,effective enrichment and recovery of the copper and molybdenum in the ore were realized.
