摘  要:回转窑磁化焙烧—磁选技术是综合回收处理各类菱-赤褐混合型铁矿石的有效手段。甘肃某菱-赤褐混合型铁矿石铁品位33. 83%,铁主要以赤褐铁矿和菱铁矿的形式存在,占总铁的84. 04%,难以选别。在焙烧温度800℃、还原剂用量2%、焙烧时间30 min、焙烧矿磨矿细度-0. 037 mm 77. 87%的条件下进行磁化焙烧—1粗1精弱磁选试验,可获得铁精矿产率58. 12%、品位58. 76%、回收率87. 31%的良好指标。菱铁矿焙烧过程生成的CO能减少焙烧还原剂的用量,回转窑磁化焙烧—磁选技术适于处理该类菱-赤褐混合型铁矿石。Rotary kiln magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation technology was an effective method for comprehensive recovery of various siderite-hematite mixture iron ores.The iron grade of a siderite-hematite mixture iron ore is 33.83% from Gansu province.The iron mainly existed in the form of hematite and siderite, accounted for 84.04% of total iron, which was difficult to select.Under roasting temperature of 800 ℃,reductant dosage of 2%,roasting time of 30 min and roasted ore grinding fineness -0.037 mm 77.87%,a good indicator of iron concentrate with yield of 58.12%,grade of 58.76%,recovery rate of 87.31% was obtained via magnetizing roasting-one roughing-one cleaning low intensity magnetic separation.Siderite could produce carbon monoxide during the roasting process, which was beneficial to reduce the amount of reductant.Rotary kiln magnetizing roasting-magnetic separation process was adaptable for treating this kind of siderite-hematite mixture iron ore.
