摘 要:为解决花山煤矿大倾角中厚煤层坚硬顶板综采工作面在初采初放期间初压步距长、采空区悬顶面积大导致来压强度大、瓦斯涌出量大、设备损坏严重等问题,采取切眼深孔爆破拉槽及回风巷深孔爆破技术进行顶板弱化处理,同时采用矿压在线监测等手段监测顶板弱化效果,达到缩短综采工作面初压步距的目的,确保大倾角中厚煤层坚硬顶板初采初放阶段安全管理和正常回采工作,杜绝人员伤亡及设备损坏事故,对类似综采工作面顶板弱化工作具有借鉴作用。In order to solve the existing problems of long initial pressure step distance, large compressive strength caused by large area of goaf roof, large quantity of gas discharge and serious device damage of the fully mechanized mining face of medium-thickness coal seam with large dip angle of Huashan Coal Mine during the initial mining and gas drainage stage, the roof weakening process is done by using deep hole blasting slot technique in cut lane and deep hole blasting technique in air return roadway, meanwhile, the roof weakening effects is monitored by using mining pressure on-line monitoring method, so as to shorten the initial pressure step distance of fully mechanized mining face, ensure the safety management and safety mining of the medium-thickness coal seam with large dip angle during the initial mining and initial gas drainage, and avoid the accidents of casualty and device damage. The above study results can provide reference for the roof weakening operation of fully mechanized mining face with the similar conditions of Huashan Coal Mine.
