摘　　要：科研要素期刊是在开放科学理念推动下兴起的一种新型出版物,它的产生、发展与应用使开放科学由理念走向实践。通过文献阅读、网络搜索,查证国际、国内科研要素期刊的基本情况与分布状况,通过检索网络数据库,获取它们的发文数量、被引用量、影响因子等数据,全面了解科研要素期刊的现状,以期引起学术界、科研管理机构、图书馆对科研要素期刊的认识与关注,使这种新兴的出版物在科学研究中发挥应有的作用,推动开放科学理念的传播与实践的开展。The scientific research element periodical is a new type of publication driven by the notion of open science,and its production, development and application make the open science change from the notion to the practice. In the paper, the basic situation and distribution of international and domestic scientific research element periodicals are figured out through reading literature and searching network, and the number of documents, quotas, and impact factors are obtained so as to fully understand the status quo of the utilization of scientific tesearch element periodicals. The purpose of above research management institutions and libraries to this due role in scientific research and promote the spread work is to arouse more attention from academe, scientific emerging periodical, so that the new publication will play its of the notion of open science and its practice.
