自体耳软骨移植联合乳头持续外牵引治疗中重度乳头内陷的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨自体耳软骨移植联合乳头持续外牵引治疗中、重度乳头内陷的临床疗效。方法选取2014年6月—2017年6月空军军医大学唐都医院收治的中重度乳头内陷患者25例,共40只内陷乳头均行乳头基底部自体耳软骨充填手术治疗,术中松解挛缩的纤维条索,保留乳腺导管,术后用自制牵引器行乳头持续外牵引1个月,评价术后疗效。结果术后随访8~12个月,有效率达到100. 00%,术后满意率达到92. 00%。结论采用自体耳软骨充填联合乳头持续外牵引是治疗中、重度乳头内陷的可靠方法,既能有效防止复发,又尽可能保留了哺乳功能,术后乳头形态自然,患者满意度高。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of autologous auricular cartilage transplantation combined with nipple continuous external traction in treatment of patients with moderate and severe inverted nipple.Methods A total of 25 patients moderate and severe inverted nipple （40 inverted nipples） admitted during June 2014 and June 2017 were treated with autologous auricular cartilage transplantation, and fibrous bands of the contracture were loosened, and mammary ducts were remained during operation, and then self-made traction apparatus was used for continue external traction for 1 month after operation, and postoperative effect was evaluated. Results During follow-up for postoperative 8-12 months, effective rate was 100.00%, and postoperative satisfaction rate was 92.00%.Conclusion Autologous auricular cartilage transplantation combined with nipple continuous external traction in treatment of patients with moderate and severe inverted nipple is reliable. It may not only prevent recurrence, but also retain lactation function as much as possible. Postoperative nipple shape is natural, and patients＇ satisfaction is good.
